ClusterATL is a hyperlocal community platform built for Atlanta. We connect neighbors through games, local stories, and neighborhood-based experiences.

This Privacy Policy explains how ClusterATL ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our platform, mobile app, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using ClusterATL, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information From Third Parties

If you sign in using Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile information as permitted by your Google account settings.

• Personalize your experience by neighborhood and zone
• Operate platform features including games, Cred points, and community activity
• Send you notifications about activity, prizes, or updates (only with your permission)
• Improve the performance and reliability of the Service

ClusterATL works with the following third-party providers to operate the Service. Each has its own privacy practices.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
