1. ELIGIBILITY

The ClusterATL Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of ClusterATL LLC (the "Sponsor"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, officer, or director, whether or not related, are not eligible to win any Prize ("Ineligible Persons"). Ineligible Persons may submit Entries through the App for entertainment only: their Entries cannot win a Prize, they may not claim a Prize, and their Entries do not end play for other participants under Section 5.3. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by ClusterATL LLC, located at 504 Fair St SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30313 (the "Sponsor").

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes consists of recurring weekly rounds (each, a "Round"). Each Round begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on Monday and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on the following Sunday. Within each Round, entries may be submitted on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (each, a "Play Day"). Each Play Day runs from 12:00 AM to 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time. No entries may be submitted on Saturday or Sunday. The Sweepstakes will commence on the date these Official Rules are first published in the App and will continue until terminated by Sponsor in its sole discretion upon reasonable notice to participants. Sponsor's computer systems are the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes, and all submission times, reveal times, claim times, and tiebreaker determinations shall be made according to those systems.

4. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

4.1 Free Entry Method

To enter, eligible participants must access the ClusterATL application (the "App"), create a free account, and verify a mobile phone number through the App. There is no cost to access the App, create an account, verify a phone number, or submit an Entry. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to the verification message.

4.2 Your Code

At the start of your participation in a Round, Sponsor will assign you a secret numeric code (your "Code") that belongs to you alone for that Round. Each Code is generated independently for each participant using a cryptographically secure random number generator. Every possible Code of the Round's length is equally likely, and digits may repeat. No other participant has, or can see, your Code, and your Code is not shown to you until no further Entries can be submitted in that Round. The length of the Code (between four (4) and eight (8) digits) is displayed in the App before the Round begins and is the same for every participant in that Round.

4.3 Entries

On each Play Day, you may submit one (1) guess at your Code (each, an "Entry"). An Entry must contain exactly as many digits as the Round's Code length. Each participant may submit at most one (1) Entry per Play Day and at most five (5) Entries per Round. Any attempt to submit more Entries than permitted, whether through multiple accounts or otherwise, will result in disqualification. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4.4 Feedback

After 12:00 AM Eastern Time following each Play Day, the App will show you, for each digit position of that day's Entry, whether (a) that digit is correct and in the correct position; (b) that digit appears in your Code but in a different position; or (c) that digit does not appear in your Code (or appears fewer times than you guessed it). You may use this feedback when making later Entries in the same Round. The App may display the feedback for your Entries (but not your Entries' digits or your Code) to other participants.

4.5 No Purchase, No Bonus Structure

Sponsor does not sell Entries, award Entries in exchange for consideration, or offer bonus Entries for any activity within the App. Any rewards, points, badges, or recognition offered by the App, including for submitting Entries, have no cash value and do not affect Sweepstakes odds or eligibility.

4.6 Referral Program Clarification

Sponsor may operate a referral program whereby existing users may invite friends to use the App. For the avoidance of doubt: (i) participation in the referral program is entirely voluntary; (ii) referrals do not provide the referring user with any additional Sweepstakes Entries or any increased chance of winning; and (iii) new users who join via a referral link receive the same Entry allocation as any other new user. Referral program participants may receive non-Sweepstakes rewards such as badges, points, or in-app recognition, which have no cash value and do not affect Sweepstakes odds.

5. CRACKING YOUR CODE AND WINNER SELECTION

5.1 Cracking Your Code

An Entry that exactly matches your Code, digit for digit and in order, "cracks" your Code. You will learn that you cracked your Code when that Entry's feedback is shown after 12:00 AM Eastern Time following the Play Day on which you submitted it. A participant who has cracked their Code is a "Cracker."

5.2 Claiming the Prize

A Cracker may claim the Prize through the App by submitting a valid email address. The Prize for a Round is awarded to the first Cracker in that Round whose claim is received by Sponsor's computer systems. Once a Prize has been claimed for a Round, no other claims for that Round will be accepted, and all other Crackers in that Round, including Crackers who cracked their Codes on the same Play Day, will not receive any Prize or portion thereof. Claims must be received within seven (7) days after the feedback that made the participant a Cracker is shown.

5.3 End of Play

When feedback is shown that makes at least one participant a Cracker, no further Entries will be accepted for the remainder of that Round. A Cracker who is an Ineligible Person (Section 1) does not end play.

5.4 Odds of Winning

Because each participant has their own Code, one participant's Entries and feedback do not affect any other participant's Code. Your chance of cracking your Code depends on the Code length, the number of Play Days on which you submit Entries, and how you use the feedback. The chance of a single randomly chosen Entry matching a Code is one (1) in 10,000 for a four-digit Code, and one (1) in 100,000 for a five-digit Code (one in 10 to the power of the Code length in general). Your chance of winning the Prize also depends on how many other participants crack their Codes in the same Round, and on the order in which Crackers claim, and therefore cannot be calculated in advance.

5.5 No Winner

If no participant cracks their Code in a Round, or no Cracker submits a valid claim within the claim period, no Prize will be awarded for that Round, and the Prize amount will not roll over to any subsequent Round.

6. PRIZE(S)

6.1 Prize Description

The prize for each Round is a cash prize in U.S. Dollars (the "Prize"). The Prize amount for each Round will be displayed in the App before the Round begins. Unless otherwise stated in the App, the standard Prize amount is fifty U.S. Dollars ($50.00). Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, increase (but not decrease) the Prize amount for a Round after the Round begins.

6.2 Prize Conditions

The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. For prizes with aggregate value of $600 or more to a single winner in a calendar year, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner.

6.3 Prize Limitations

Only one (1) Prize will be awarded per Round. Limit one (1) Prize per person and per household per Round. If a claim would award a second Prize to the same person or household within the same Round, that claim will be disregarded.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

7.1 Notification

Potential winners will be notified via the email address and/or phone number associated with their App account, or the email address submitted with their claim, within seven (7) business days following the claim. Potential winners may also be notified via push notification or in-app message.

7.2 Verification and Affidavit

Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to return required documents within the specified time, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, will result in disqualification, and the Prize may be forfeited.

7.3 Identification

Prior to receiving the Prize, potential winners may be required to provide valid government-issued identification to verify their identity, age, and residency.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1 Binding Agreement

By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

8.2 Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.

8.3 Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, neighborhood of residence, and general likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

8.4 Disputes

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs; and (c) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages may be awarded. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflicts of law principles, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

8.5 Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable Entries, notifications, or other communications; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

8.6 Fraud

Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or undermine the legitimate operation thereof is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

8.7 Code Security

Codes are stored by Sponsor and are not displayed to any participant while Entries can still be submitted in that Round. Sponsor personnel who can access Codes are Ineligible Persons who cannot win (Section 1), and each access is logged.

9. WINNERS LIST

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: ClusterATL LLC, Attn: ClusterATL Sweepstakes Winners List, 504 Fair St SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30313. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the end of the relevant Round. Winners may also be posted within the App.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://clusteratl.com/privacy. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described therein.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Official Rules, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
