1. ELIGIBILITY

The ClusterATL Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the State of Georgia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of ClusterATL LLC (the "Sponsor"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, officer, or director, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by ClusterATL LLC, located at 504 Fair St SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30313 (the "Sponsor").

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes consists of recurring drawings held every Tuesday and Friday at 7:00 PM Eastern Time (each, a "Drawing"). Each Drawing has a separate entry period that closes at 6:45 PM Eastern Time on the day of that Drawing (each, an "Entry Period"). The Sweepstakes will commence on [FILL IN: LAUNCH DATE] and will continue until terminated by Sponsor in its sole discretion upon reasonable notice to participants. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the schedule of Drawings, including adding additional Drawing days, upon reasonable notice to participants through the App. Sponsor's computer systems are the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes, and all submission times, cutoff enforcement, and tiebreaker determinations shall be made according to those systems.

4. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

4.1 Free Entry Method

To enter a Drawing, eligible participants must download and install the ClusterATL mobile application (the "App"), create a free account, and submit a number selection in accordance with the number-selection parameters specified for that Drawing in the App (each such selection constituting one "Entry") prior to the Entry Period deadline for that Drawing. There is no cost to download the App, create an account, or submit an Entry.

Number-Selection Parameters. Prior to each Entry Period, the App will display the number-selection parameters for the applicable Drawing, including (i) the quantity of distinct numbers that each participant must select (the "Pick Count"), and (ii) the range of numbers from which selections may be made (the "Number Range"). Sponsor may modify the Pick Count and Number Range from time to time in its sole discretion. Any modification will apply only to future Drawings and will be displayed in the App before the corresponding Entry Period begins. The order in which numbers are submitted does not affect eligibility; Entries are evaluated against the drawn winning numbers as an unordered set.

4.2 Entry Allocation

(a) One Entry per Drawing. Each eligible participant is entitled to submit one (1) free Entry per Drawing. No participant may submit more than one (1) Entry for any given Drawing. Any attempt to submit multiple Entries per Drawing, whether through multiple accounts or otherwise, will result in disqualification.

(b) No Purchase, No Bonus Structure. Sponsor does not sell Entries, award Entries in exchange for consideration, or offer bonus Entries for any activity within the App. Any rewards, badges, or recognition offered by the App for activities other than the Sweepstakes itself have no cash value and do not affect Sweepstakes odds or eligibility.

4.3 Entry Requirements

All Entries must be received by 6:45 PM Eastern Time on the day of the applicable Drawing to be eligible for that Drawing. Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted for that Drawing. Entries are valid only for the specific Drawing for which they are submitted and do not carry over to subsequent Drawings. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4.4 Referral Program Clarification

Sponsor may operate a referral program whereby existing users may invite friends to download and use the App. For the avoidance of doubt: (i) participation in the referral program is entirely voluntary; (ii) referrals do not provide the referring user with any additional Sweepstakes Entries or any increased chance of winning; and (iii) new users who join via a referral link receive the same Entry allocation as any other new user. Referral program participants may receive non-Sweepstakes rewards such as badges, points, or in-app recognition, which have no cash value and do not affect Sweepstakes odds.

5. DRAWING AND WINNER SELECTION

5.1 Random Drawing and Winner Selection

On the date and time of each Drawing, Sponsor will randomly generate a set of winning numbers using a cryptographically secure random number generator. The quantity of winning numbers drawn will equal the Pick Count for that Drawing, and the numbers will be drawn from the Number Range for that Drawing. Any Entry whose submitted numbers, evaluated as an unordered set, exactly match the winning numbers shall be deemed a "Matching Entry."

In the event that more than one Matching Entry exists for a given Drawing, the Prize shall be awarded solely to the Matching Entry with the earliest submission timestamp as recorded by Sponsor's computer systems. All other Matching Entries, regardless of their accuracy, shall not receive any Prize or portion thereof. In the exceptionally unlikely event that two or more Matching Entries share an identical submission timestamp, Sponsor will resolve the tie using a deterministic method selected in advance, and Sponsor's decision shall be final and binding.

5.2 Odds of Winning

The odds of any single Entry matching all winning numbers depend on the Pick Count and Number Range for the applicable Drawing. The odds applicable to each Drawing will be displayed in the App prior to the Entry Period. The odds of any particular participant winning the Prize for a given Drawing additionally depend on the total number of Entries submitted and the submission timestamps thereof, and therefore the probability of being the awarded Matching Entry cannot be calculated in advance.

5.3 No Winner

If no Entry correctly matches all winning numbers in a given Drawing, no Prize will be awarded for that Drawing, and the Prize amount will not roll over to any subsequent Drawing.

6. PRIZE(S)

6.1 Prize Description

The prize for each Drawing is a cash prize in U.S. Dollars (the "Prize"). The exact Prize amount may vary per Drawing and will be displayed in the App prior to each Entry Period. Unless otherwise stated in the App, the standard Prize amount is fifty U.S. Dollars ($50.00). Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, increase the Prize amount for specific Drawings.

6.2 Prize Conditions

The Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. For prizes with aggregate value of $600 or more to a single winner in a calendar year, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner.

6.3 Prize Limitations

Only one (1) Prize will be awarded per Drawing. Limit one (1) Prize per person, per household, per calendar week. Any additional Matching Entries that would otherwise entitle a person or household to a second Prize within the same calendar week will be disregarded, and the Prize shall pass to the next-eligible Matching Entry (if any) under the tiebreaker rule in Section 5.1.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

7.1 Notification

Potential winners will be notified via the email address and/or phone number associated with their App account within seven (7) business days following the applicable Drawing. Potential winners may also be notified via push notification or in-app message.

7.2 Verification and Affidavit

Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to return required documents within the specified time, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, will result in disqualification, and the Prize may be forfeited.

7.3 Identification

Prior to receiving the Prize, potential winners may be required to provide valid government-issued identification to verify their identity, age, and residency.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1 Binding Agreement

By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

8.2 Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.

8.3 Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, neighborhood of residence, and general likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

8.4 Disputes

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs; and (c) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages may be awarded. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflicts of law principles, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

8.5 Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable Entries, notifications, or other communications; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (iv) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.

8.6 Fraud

Any attempt to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes or undermine the legitimate operation thereof is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

9. WINNERS LIST

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: ClusterATL LLC, Attn: ClusterATL Sweepstakes Winners List, 504 Fair St SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30313. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the end of the relevant Drawing. Winners may also be posted within the App.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://clusteratl.com/privacy. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described therein.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Official Rules, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
